Current informationWithin the scope of their international activities THESEUS Joint Research will attend the Future Internet Assembly (Valencia, 14-16 April). Based on the Bled Declaration the FIA's goal is to consolidate the knowledge on the Internet of the Future generated in EU-funded projects and to stimulate cross-project or, respectively, multidisciplinary activities. The highlights of the Valencia conference include, among others, the announcement of an EU Commission-funded initiative which aims at achieving significant progress in implementing Internet-based services and their use by the economy. With its project ChemProspector, InfoChem is among the winners of the THESEUS Small and Medium-sized Business Initiative. The project wants to enable scientists working in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry as well as in patent offices to quickly find graphically displayed, chemical structures and their corresponding patents. More information is now available on the project's website. The activities of the technology group "Innovative User Interfaces and Visualizations" were added to the collection of scientific results of the THESEUS Program. |
Welcome to THESEUS JOINT RESEARCH
THESEUS Joint Research was contracted by the Federal Minister of Economics and Technology and supports the THESEUS research programs regarding their international networking. THESEUS Joint Research conducts comparative analyses to identify mutualities and differences between THESEUS projects and other projects regarding research topics within the THESEUS Program and to provide the THESEUS projects with the results.
The results of our research are published on this website. This comprises research results about current developments surrounding Internet technologies, the introduction of international projects and funding programs but also our own positions and contributions to open discussions.
